Alderman Walter Burnett, Jr. (27th Ward) and the West Loop Community Organization (WLCO) are hosting a Virtual Community Meeting for the above listed property. The proposed project includes the renovation of an existing 6 story building and construction of a new 10 story building for retail and office purposes. The location will have 111 parking spaces.
