Please join 27th Ward Alderman Walter Burnett, Jr. and the West Loop Community Organization (WLCO) for a community meeting regarding the proposed development at 1012-1024 W. Randolph St. and 147-155 N. Carpenter St.: a 5-story office/retail building approximately 80-feet tall.

The proposed project includes the demolition of the current building and the redevelopment of the 6,500 SF site into a new 5-story, approximately 35,000 SF building. The proposed new building will be used for retail and office purposes and has a height of approximately 80 feet. The developer will present its plans and answer any questions you may have about the project.
