As we head into the holiday season and the COVID-19 pandemic continues to alter the state of business in Chicago, we are checking in with local businesses to see how they’ve pivoted their business structure and what they are most thankful for this year! Read below to learn what Moon Rabbit Acupuncture, 1111 W. Madison St. Ste 2, has been up to lately.
Moon Rabbit Acupuncture is an eastern holistic health boutique. Located on Madison Street in the West Loop we are dedicated to providing our community with a holistic health experience to keep our bodies well both inside and out.
The following questions were answered by Moon Rabbit Acupuncture Owner and Doctor of Acupuncture Gudrun Snyder.
How have you adapted your business to the pandemic?
All of our employees and clients are required to wear a mask. Additionally, all of our payments and bookings are contact-less. As healthcare providers we have always used medical grade sanitation in order to ensure the health and well-being of all our patients.
What have you been found has been the most successful adaptation or transition?
Allowing potential customers to book online and pay without contact has been a very seamless and well received transition.
What do you need from your community?
We would love to have more of neighbors use our wide range of services and products. All our of wellness products are available to purchase online for shipping or local curbside pickup. For those who still feel comfortable venturing out, we can ensure that our wonderful staff will make them feel like their best selves.
What have been your greatest challenges?
We open after the lock down in the spring, so we started off in a tough place. However, the community has been wonderful - the West Loop really is the best loop!
What are you most thankful for this year?
We are thankful for our incredible healers on the Moon Rabbit Team as well as the community support we have received. Our neighbors want us to thrive just as much as we do!
