Please be advised that on May 20, 2020, the Chicago City Council passed Ordinance 2020-2372, a COVID-19 emergency-related measure to extend the licenses that expire during the pandemic. Licenses issued by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (“BACP”) under Title 4 or Title 9 of the Municipal Code of Chicago (“MCC”) with an expiration date on or after March 15, 2020 will hereby be considered active until 30 days after this ordinance is repealed.
