West Loop Community Organization issued the following announcement on May 4.
The City of Chicago has partnered with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business to understand the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on Illinois small businesses and what the city and state governments can do to help affected businesses recover.
We're reaching out to the community to share this survey, which is open until Friday, May 15. Eligible participants are automatically entered into a lottery to win one of ten $500 prizes. A computerized random draw will pick winners by Sunday, May 31.
