West Loop luxury building 90% leased

Barely a year after opening,  a luxury high-rise at 727 W. Madison St. in the West Loop has leased 90% of its units, its developer reports.

 “In a submarket with numerous options for renters, reaching this milestone just over a year after we welcomed our first move-ins is quite an accomplishment for everyone involved,” David Friedman, president of F&F Realty, is quoted in Connect Chicago. 

F&F developed the building with Fifield Cos.

The offerings at the 492-unit building at 727 West Madison range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with monthly rents beginning at $2,055 and continuing upwards of $5,700.

According to the company’s statement on apartments.com, “727 West Madison includes unparalleled views, luxe amenities and premier access to Chicago's best restaurants and nightlife.” 

Features include city views, a concierge, door attendants, EnergyStar-certified appliances, and fully equipped kitchens. The building also contains a conference room, a fitness center, a pool, a clubhouse and a business center.
