A new 32-story West Loop condominium building could begin selling units as early as this summer, and new residents could begin moving in by July.
EVEQ West Loop recently topped off the upscale, luxury building, which offers three- and four-bedroom units ranging from $860,000 to $1.3 million; indoor parking is available for a minimum of $25,000.
Sullivan, Goulette and Wilson architects designed the condos with open floor plans, hardwood floors and open spaces—balconies, terraces or private rooftop decks—for every unit. Most also have mud rooms and full-size laundries, which the company says will be especially attractive to the families with children and pets that it plans to attract because of the building’s proximity to parks and schools, Cyndy Saldago, executive vice president for sales, told RE Journal.
The company’s website also notes the building is within walking distance of restaurants in Randolph and Fulton Market.
